Want to feel good? Want to look good? Want to run faster? Want to relax a little bit more? You came to the right place. I believe that by living in a more primal or ancestral fashion, we can live healthier and happier lives. Over the years, I have come to learn a lot about health, performance, longevity, and most importantly myself. Once you cut the crap, and start eating in a primal manner, your life will change. I'm not saying you can't have a piece of cake once in a while, but once you get the ball rolling with primal eating, you might not crave that piece of cake again. Or, maybe you will only want a bite or two. A transition from primal eating to fat burning takes your life to the next level. This means cutting the carbs – for the most part – and building the metabolic machinery to be able to burn fat including your own body fat. This means waking up and not being hungry. This means waking up and having razor sharp thinking. No more groggy mornings. Many people refer to this as a Keto diet. But, I don't think it needs such a confined term. It is more of an eat less and feel great lifestyle that includes delicious foods. It means you can re-feed with carbs once in a while, once you have built the metabolic machinery to burn fats. Anyhow, this blog allows me to collect all the things I have learned, and share them with you guys. I will be posting links to some awesome things, whether its products, podcasts, websites, or videos. Can't wait to start sharing! My main source of inspiration has been Mark Sisson who creates some awesome Primal Nutrition/Kitchen products such as collagen powders and world famous Keto salad dressings. He runs an awesome blog over at marksdailyapple.com Check it out! Follow @PrimalMode on InstagramI hope I can change your life through primal living and eating! It is fun and easy!
